Unfortunately with community transmissions occurring in Queensland, in order to protect our staff and their families, we will no longer be allowing customers / visitors into our office.
Customers may still collect orders from our premises. Prior notice of this would be appreciated so that we can move your order out the front for you to collect.
Any customers needing to place an order, can be done via the online store or via email prior to collection.

Visitors are now able to attend our premises. Please note: Under Government restrictions, we are only allowed one person in the foyer at a time. Please follow signage, any staff directions and do not attend our premises if you are unwell.
We are experiencing freight delays inbound and outbound due to the unusually high volume of goods being moved around the country. Please be mindful when placing your order to give yourself enough time to account for this. Australia Post has stopped offering their Express Post guarantee, however still advise that that is their quickest method.
Toll are currently experiencing online platform difficulties so their tracking system is down. We are still able to send parcels through Toll via Air, but are unfortunately unable to track them until they resume.

Please where possible, email through orders in advance and let us know that you are coming to collect and we will have your order outside so that you do not need to enter the foyer.
Australia Post has advised that they are in the interim, no longer guaranteeing Express Post. This will still be their fastest option available, but they will not guarantee the network. Please read more here. If you require signage in a hurry, please choose Air / Airbag. The Airbags and Air are the same service so you can choose the cheaper one of the two and your signs will get there as quickly as possible.

We are still open and fully operational in production. Customers are able to place orders via email and collect if required.
Please note: Our Office is closed to visitors. Please respect social distancing requirements. On arrival to collect your items, if you have not pre-advised you are coming, please knock on the door and we will meet you outside.
We do ask if you are in any way unwell, that you please do not visit our premises.

To protect the safety of all of our staff, we will no longer be accepting visitors in our office. Customers will still be able to collect orders by pre-arrangement but will do so by waiting outside our office & factory for staff to bring your order to you.
Whilst we do hope that this situation will resolve itself soon, it is of our utmost importance to protect our staff.
If you have been unwell in the last fourteen days, we ask that you please contact our office and we will arrange for your order to be sent out via courier with an authority to leave as to protect our courier drivers as well.

Shapemakers are closely monitoring the latest advice from the Australian Government, Queensland Government, Chief Medical Officer and the Australian Government Department of Health in regards to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak.
Our manufacturing plant is fully operational and servicing our customers around Australia. As our products are produced in house, we have also ensured that we hold enough stock to see us through the immediate future so that we can continue to supply your business with the products you need.
